'ello fatigue, fancy seeing you STILL hanging around after all this time (and would it kill you to not make me take naps just so I can sort of function?). And back/hip pain, you need to take a holiday at some point, right? Maybe? Oh and depression, seems that you're becoming intolerant to the medication I've been on for over a year now; that's not so nice to hear.

Body, quit being a train wreck please, I need some sort of peace of mind x.x
